Does Feldberg Sports also have a ski rental store or do you work together with a sports store?

We have a very good cooperation with Sporthaus Feldberg, which is located very close to our ski school.

Is the ski ticket included in the ski course?

Ski passes must be purchased separately (except for all ski courses for bambini and the snowboard course for beginners). We recommend a ski ticket for each ski course, which you can also book directly with us.

Can our children be in a group together?

The grouping of the children in our ski school is primarily based on the skiing ability of the children and their age. If you would like your child to be in the group with a friend, please note this in the comments field when booking.

Can you make it in time when parents and children go to ski lessons?

Yes, the meeting point for the children's courses is 15 min before the start of the adult courses. You can hand your child over to our instructors at the meeting point with lift ticket and bib. The children remain in the care of the instructors until you pick them up after the adult course.
In case your child does not want to do the course until the end, we ask you or another contact person to be reachable on the given cell phone number.

From what age can the children go to the ski course?

From the age of three. For the three year old children we offer a bambini course. For snowboard courses we recommend a minimum age of 6 years, but on special request it is also possible for younger children to attend a snowboard course.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance for group courses?

We recommend that you book in advance through our online store. This will save you time and you have a guaranteed place in the ski school.

Do you get the money back if the kids don't like it?

Basically you get the money back only against a medical confirmation (illness, injury).
However, you are welcome to contact us in the office, then we will gladly look for a solution-oriented possibility (transfer, private lessons, voucher, rebooking, etc.).
